Have been using same brand from 6 years , went for this model when needed an extra . As expected the best geyser available ,also compact in Size(15l) . Been using this almost 50 days .10 mins in enough to give you good heated water ( 15l) . Water stays hot for about 1.5 even after switched off ( depreciation) and comes with auto shut off ,almost zero noise .power consumption is less about 150- 200rs( ofcourse .My grandparents sometimes forget to turnit off . Installation is swift .Over all the best in budget

The product packaging and the product itself are overall good. However, they mentioned that free pipes would be included, but those were not present in the package, which was disappointing. Apart from this issue, the product is in good condition and is worth buying at this price.

Nice product...working nicely...even service provider boy at Udupi , Racord service centre executed good installation work...I urge all , if u r planning to install a water heater , Racord should be your priority in view of it's long existence & durability in India
