Amazon said 1 day delivery but it is 2 day delivery, I got this product few days back and I waited for amazon that they will send anyone for installation ,but unfortunately they didn't so I tried to install this product myself ,before that I read the installation manual and installed it as they mentioned. This product looks are really pretty and also they give 7 years for tank, 5 years for heating element and years for remaining parts. The price is good and this product comes with 5 stars rating and also it heats the water within 15mins and preserves the temperature for a minimum of 12hrs as I observed, It may preserves the temperature for more time maybe but I didn't observed that much. So in my opinion you can buy this product with no doubt and also if you want the same capacity geyser then you have to pay nearly 12K and also you will get 4star rating geyser only . I enquired in bajaj electronics and also in reliance digital they said 15lits for 8350/- and 25 lits for 11500/- and also they are not 5 star rated . Thank you.

First of all... I'm very impressed by the Orient company service. Technician came to install the geyser within 3 hrs after registering for service request. Installation was free, paid only INR 350 for steel inlet/outlet pipes. You can buy those pipes by yourself from any shop if you want.Product is too good. Compact size, good look, cool design & fast water heating. Heating mode/time/temperature... Low/2-3 mins/40°-45°C, Med/5-6 mins/55°-60°C & High/9-10 mins/70°-75°C.Giving it 4 stars coz digital display to show the water temperature isn't available like described in amazon & shown in orient website.

It's been just 1 day since the installation, the overall experience has been excellent. Below is the summaryDelivery - Amazon took 14-15 days to deliver the shipment, but the process was smooth and there were no hiccups. The carton was a bit damaged, but there was no damage to the product itself.Orient Customer support -The staff was helpful, the request for free installation was registered for the next day itself. I also had to un-mount my old geyser for which the support staff said they will charge 200/- Rs. which I think is not at all bad.Technician - The person was very polite, was wearing a mask, did not show tantrum when I asked him to sanitize his hands. Now, the removal of the old Geyser took almost 1 hr and I had to call another person to help the technician as it was 35 Lts and was stuck to the wall on some heavy-duty mount supports. He also replaced one existing outlet pipe as it got damaged during the process. Now, when the work was over, I was sure this person will ask for 600-700 Rs. for putting in so much effort and for replacing the pipe, but to my surprise, he just asked 250/- Rs. 200 for un-mounting and 50 Rs. for the pipe. I was impressed and gave him 500/- for all his hard work.Installation Process - This was very simple, took just 15 mins. The package comes with a Mount Strip and 3 nails, so you fix the strip to the wall and mount the Geyser. Inlet and Outlet pipes are not included.Geyser Itself - Aesthetically it looks beautiful, though I would have preferred a bit slim one. As it is winter, I have set the heating to the max, we can adjust it accordingly, which I don't know at the moment how much difference does it make. It takes 10-15 mins to get really hot water, so I believe this is good.Pricing - I bought it for under 6300/- with a 10 % off discount during the sale. At that time the listed price was 6949/-. But now I see the listed price is 6620/- and with 10% off, you can get it below 6000/-I will update this review once I start using it regularly. This product is highly recommended.

First of all design is very beautiful, product material quality also good, installation in my Area was free, the technician was very polite and professional, he told us his own experience and customers reviews about the product, also told us Do & Don’t about the geyser. Orient customer care support was very quick.

It is very nice product with free installation done from company side with in 48 hrs. Totally satisfied from the seller and company side as good customer support is provided by them. 15 ltr capacity is sufficient for a family of 4-5 members. Over all it values for the money. lastly thank u amazon for timely delivery.
