Worst service from Amazon. Unable to use the replacement option or refund. The item was defective with no display light and power line unserviceable. And the manufacturer is even worse with no response. Unable to connect with Amazon agent directly

I bought the Orient geyser a few weeks back, and it has really impressed me. The water heats up super fast, and even in the early morning, it works perfectly. The tank capacity is good enough for my whole family, and the hot water lasts for a long time.Installation was quick, and the design is compact so it doesn’t take up much space. What I liked most is that it runs silently and feels very safe to use with proper cut-off protection.Overall, this geyser is totally worth the price. If you’re looking for something reliable, stylish, and efficient, I’d definitely say go for Orient.
