Being a first time automatic washing machine user, it operates easily without any hassle. Installation service was prompt and within a day it completed. Pros:1. Simple and user friendly operation.2. Low noise and less vibration.3. Normal wash clean the clothes properly.Cons:1. Normal wash took 45 min.2. Though quick wash took 25 min but it can't remove stains properly.3. Water consumption too much 18L/kg/cycle for any top load machine in industry. Only reason for 4 star rating.If you are living in water scarcity area and can manage budget of min. 25K then go for Front load machine that consume 8L/kg/cycle.
