I bought this Bajaj Majesty RX10 Room Heater on 30th November and received it within 2 days. Initially, I just plugged it in to check if it worked it did, so I kept it aside. I had bought it for my father, who recently went through a bypass surgery and cannot tolerate cold weather.On 12th December, when we actually used it for the first time, the heater ran for barely 15 minutes and then completely stopped working. I assumed there might be a timer or safety cutoff, so I checked the manual nothing. Tried multiple power sockets still dead. That’s when it was clear the product had already failed.I raised a warranty support ticket on 19th December. No technician visit, no call, no resolution. Worse, the ticket was closed without doing anything. I had to raise another ticket on 24th December, and even now there is zero update no visit scheduled, no explanation, nothing.This is not just a bad product, the after-sales service is even worse. Bajaj used to mean reliability, but clearly that’s no longer the case. A heater that dies in 15 minutes and a support system that doesn’t respond is unacceptable especially for a product meant for winter and health-sensitive users.Calling this “Make in India” quality is honestly embarrassing. If you value your money, your time, or your family’s comfort, stay away from this product. There are better options out there, because this one is a complete failure from product quality to customer support.Not recommended at all.
I recently purchased a Bajaj product, and while the overall performance is good, I faced an issue with the switch provided. The options for Cold, Warm, and Heat are not functioning as expected. When I turn on the Warm option, all the switches activate simultaneously, making it impossible to use a single option independently.I believe this is a manufacturing defect, and I request Bajaj to address such issues to improve customer satisfaction. Despite this problem, the product quality seems good, but this defect affects usability significantly.I hope Bajaj takes this feedback seriously and ensures better quality control for future products.Thank you.GousNabi Bandar
